Hi I’m Karen!

Thrilled you've stopped by! I'm the heart and soul behind Mamma Bear Says, your go-to space where family adventures, DIY creativity, and our Disney passions come to life. It's a joy to bring you into my world as a mom to a bustling brood of two plus twins.

Welcome– you're family now!

My Family

Nestled under the sunny skies of Southern California, my husband and I, along with our two delightful girls and energetic twin boys, truly embody the spirit of "Creating a Life We Love, Literally." Our days are filled with outdoor adventures, imaginative crafting sessions with the kids, and joyful dashes through Disneyland, churros in hand. Our family thrives on these moments of joy, creativity, and togetherness, weaving the fabric of our vibrant life story.
